Pakistan says the visiting Indian delegation led by foreign minister SM Krishan had not prepared properly for the talks in Islamabad.
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi told reporters that his Indian counterpart was frequently calling New Delhi during the talks.
Krishna, after returning to New Delhi from his first bilateral meeting since 2008 denied the allegations, which he described as extraordinary.
But in a joint news conference both sides have agreed to meet again.
The talks on Friday were the third high-level contact between the regional nuclear powers in six months.
The engagement between the two sides ended abruptly in 2008 after gunmen raided luxury hotels, a busy train station and Jewish centres in Mumbai. India said the gunmen were trained and directed by groups in Pakistan.
